Our History Our CPA founders Randall A Hamilton and Matthew Juffer, first began their public practice of accounting with the Des Moines office of KPMG LLP. Randy started with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co in 1969. Matt started in 1993. Randy became a partner in KPMG in 1980 and was partner in charge of the tax practice of KPMG’s Des Moines from 1984 through 2005. Matt served KPMG in various capacities and left as Senior Manager in January 2006. Randy and Matt worked closely together for 13 years.
