We strive to make our services as convenient as possible. In addition to allowing our firm to share documents with our clients in a paperless manner, the HJA Client Portal also grants clients the ability to securely send documents to us via an easy upload tool.

Please be aware that the NetClient CS app is currently not working for iOS or Android devices. After logging in, our clients have experienced an error stating that they do not have access to the ClientFlow module. Our vendor is aware of this issue and is working on a fix. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, our portal is still accessible on computers running Windows 10, Windows 8.1, or Windows 7.

Our portal user manual is currently being updated and will be released once the NetClient CS app is working again.

How do I set up a Portal account?

If you would like to begin using the HJA Client Portal, contact our administrative staff at (515) 245-3737. They will verify your identity and then request that you send an email to with a brief written request to use the portal.

What are the benefits of using the portal?

The HJA Client Portal is fast, safe, environmentally friendly, and makes it unnecessary for you to wait for your return to arrive in the mail. It is a secure two-way street that allows our firm to share sensitive information with you and vice versa.

Why are there no documents in my portal?

There may be no documents in your ClientFlow folder if we have not yet completed a return for you since your portal account was registered. If you would like prior year returns published to the portal, please contact us.
